"you", “your”, "user", “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us.
Your use of the website and/or purchase from us are governed by following Terms and Conditions:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Vaatavaran believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within Same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Vaatavaran does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like plants, flowers etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within Same day of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within Same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any Refunds approved by the Vaatavaran, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our”/”Company” individually and collectively refer to Vaatavaran and the terms “You” /”Your” / “Yourself” refer to the users.This Privacy Policy is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents / records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This Privacy Policy does not require any physical, electronic or digital signature.

PAYMENT & DATA SHARING POLICY (FOR BANK COMPLIANCE)
In order to process your payments securely, we use Razorpay as our third-party payment gateway. When you complete a transaction on our website, certain personal data (such as your name, contact information, billing address, and payment method details) is securely shared with Razorpay and affiliated partner banks (including but not limited to HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, and SBI) solely for the purpose of payment authentication, transaction processing, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance mandated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
We do not store sensitive payment information such as card numbers, net banking credentials, or CVV codes on our servers. All sensitive data is processed directly by Razorpay in accordance with PCI-DSS and RBI regulations.
DATA RETENTION
We retain personal and transactional data for as long as is necessary to fulfill legal, regulatory, accounting, or business requirements. Typically, this period does not exceed five (5) years unless otherwise required by law. After this period, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

- For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
- Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
- Vaatavaran is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer.
- Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
