To update your delivery or billing address, email us at wecare@vaatavaran.com with your order number and new address details. Once your order is shipped, changes are not possible, so let us know quickly!

Currently we accept:

• Online Payments (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI and Wallets)

You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of order confirmation. After that, if the order is packed or shipped, we can’t cancel. If items are unavailable, we issue a refund within 7–10 business days.

If you've paid online, refunds are processed to your card or bank within 7–10 business days. 

Due to the delicate nature of plants, we do not accept returns. However, if your plant arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at wecare@vaatavaran.com or call us at +91 9004347002.
